They may have celebrated winning the gold in the final of the men’s 4x400-meter relay during the Beijing 2008 Olympics, but I am celebrating that it is Apprehension-Free Wednesday (AFW)! Tonight's menu at church is Sloppy Joe's. This special meal is prepared and served by the Men's Club, filling in for Miss Joan while she cares for her hubby who is recovering from hip-replacement surgery.
REVIEW: It is hard for me to give a negative review on any AFW meal since, by default, they are 5 stars because I didn't have to cook!
