menu planning monday 01.18.10

Monday:  Chicken/Vegetable Stir-fry with jasmine rice

Tuesday:  Grilled Pork Chops, roasted red potatoes, and sauteed zucchini

Apprehension-Free Wednesday: Dinner served at church will be chicken tetrazzini, green beans, salad and dessert (pizza for the kids).

Thursday: Hamburgers with cole slaw and onion rings.

Friday: Panko-crusted fried white fish, saffron rice, and steamed asparagus
